WELCOME TO TALLAGHT RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB
Tallaght Rugby Club was set up in 2002 as part of the “Tallaght Project”, an IRFU initiative designed to introduce rugby in non-traditional areas.
It initially started running underage teams and focused on introducing the game into schools in the area. In 2006 we set up our first senior team and since them we have gone from strength to strength, this season we have two senior teams that compete in the Leinster League Division 3 and at J4 level, we have also run an Under-19 team and will shortly be starting teams at Under-12 & Under-14.
Tallaght Rugby Club is a community club and everyone is welcome to get involved whether as a player, coach or as a supporter. We're always recruiting new players and everyone is welcome to come down to training, even if they have never played before. Many of our players only took up the game recently but they adapted quickly to the new game.
All newcomers welcome! Regardless of experience or fitness levels, everyone who's interested is welcome to train with us.

Tallaght's home ground is in Tymon Park beside the National Basketball Arena.

From the old Mill Pub:
Pass old Mill on Left. Take next left up Kiltipper Road. Up to Roundabout, straight through this. Come to a Y in the road, left at this. Pass the "Landscape Depot" garden centre on the right and take a left at the next laneway. The training ground is on left hand side, approx 250 yards up the lane.
