Meanwhile in the J5 Leinster League, Tallaght’s second team suffered a heartbreaking 13-11 defeat away to De la Salle Palmerston in.  Tallaght led for most of the match after Steven Connolly scored a first half try and Alan Bernes kicked two penalties.  However DLSP had them under huge pressure in the second half and scored a match-winning try three minutes from the end.  Despite their defeat Tallaght remain in second place in the table.
